CellACS CatPNASJ Med Chem等国际著名杂志发表SCI论文25篇,其中一作/共一/共通讯13篇。获得授权国际/美国专利1项和中国专利2项;主持国自然青年基金和博士后基金等项目2项;


研究方向:

1)基于蛋白结构的药物分子设计与合成,靶向BPTFLSD1CDK家族、小G蛋白RhoATEAD等新型分子探针或先导化合物的选择性、活性和成药性优化。

2)针对核激素受体ERRαERRβERRγPGC1αPPARγGR等,离子通道和激酶等目标靶点设计合成具有体外和体内生物活性的药物分子, 用于治疗性治疗糖尿病、肥胖症和睡眠等相关疾病。(J Med Chem 2018; WO/2019/108739; U.S. Application No. 62/590,736.);

3)开发新的碳氢活化方法学,用于合成重要的天然产物、药物分子,并应用于药物分子在最后的合成阶段进行官能团转化,如两步合成已上市年销售额25亿美元的免疫抑制药物Gilenya (Chem Eur J 2018; ACS Cat 2019)

4)开发新的手性合成方法学高效合成手性合成砌块,应用于天然产物和药物分子的合成。已开发了双有机小分子协同催化的多组分不对称串联反应合成手性多取代手性杂环化合物的方法。所合成的化合物具有良好的抗老年痴呆症和疟疾活性(Org Lett 2012; Chem Commun 2013; Org Lett 2014)
