研究方向:
1)基于蛋白结构的药物分子设计与合成,靶向CDK家族、BPTF BRD、RhoA、TEAD等新型抑制剂和降解剂的开发,为恶性肿瘤提供治疗与化学干预的药物先导化合物。
2)靶向核激素受体ERRγ、PGC1α、PPARγ、GR抑制剂或激动剂的开发, 为糖尿病、肥胖症等相关疾病提供治疗与化学干预的药物先导化合物。
3)药物化学方法学开发,为蛋白定点修饰提供化学基础。
